Ingredients FOR HEALTHY CARAMEL DIP
MEDJOOL DATES- replaces sugar, has a natural caramel flavor
BOILING WATER- for softening the dates
RAW ALMOND BUTTER- or cashew butter
VANILLA BEAN POWDER- or extract
HOW TO MAKE IT-
- Remove pits from dates.
- Soak dates in boiling water
- Add dates, water, almond butter and vanilla to a blender and blend til smooth
- Serve right away or refrigerate first for best results. Use as a dip with sliced apples or other fruit, or use in homemade candy bars or baked goods.

Ingredients
- 12 large medjool dates
- 3/4 cup cup boiling hot water
- 1/4 cup raw almond butter or cashew butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or sub 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Remove pits from dates and place in a bowl. Bring water to a boil and pour boiling water over the dates. Soak the dates for 10 minutes to soften.
- 2. Add soaked dates plus the water to a blender along with the almond butter and vanilla powder. Blend until smooth. Serve right away with sliced apples or use in baked goods/ candy bar recipes. Keep in fridge for 1 week.
