Roll the balls into my favorite monk fruit sweetened vanilla protein powder for a frosty look.
My favorite protein powder in this recipe is this 4 ingredient vanilla protein powder from Wellious. It has a delicious vanilla flavor and is sweetened with monk fruit so theres no added sugar. It is one of the cleansest proteins I’ve seen with just 4 simple ingredients.

Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- 1. Shred up 2 large carrots. I use my food processor's shredder attachment since I will be adding the rest of the ingredients to the food processor anyways.
- 2. Remove the shredder attachment from the food processor and place in the S blade. Add in the rest of the ingredients besides raisins and process till crumbly. Add in the raisins and pulse a few times to combine. Roll into bite sized balls. Place in a large mixing bowl and toss with vanilla sweetened protein powder if desired for a frosty look.
