The most silky smooth and creamy, dairy-free cream cheese! This cream cheese sneaks extra calcium, 2g of fiber, magnesium and 6 grams of protein per serving to your morning bagel! Made with wholesome ingredients like cashews, rolled oats, and firm tofu. Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor, and lemon and vinegar add a tangy bite.

WHAT’S IT MADE OF?

raw cashews become creamy and rich when blended up

tofu adds creaminess, protein and calcium

rolled oats add a silky mouth feel and help thicken the recipe

lemon juice adds tang

white vinegar adds more tang

nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor

water to blend everything together, but not too much because you want it to be thick

you can add salt to your taste or omit for a low sodium diet

other add ins- dehydrated chives and onion flakes

Simply blend up all the ingredients in a high powered blender, stir in the dehydrated onion and chives at the end. Refrigerate overnight for best results, or atleast 1 hour. Serve on top a nice toasy bagel for a delicious morning breakfast! Or use this as a base for any creamy sauce in a recipe.

This is my favorite nutritional yeast I like to buy for recipes. It comes in a nice big 10 oz bag, and I like that its not fortified with added vitamins. Just pure 100% nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast on its own is a surprisingly good source of protein- this one contains 8 grams per 2 tbsp serving. It also has 3g of fiber per serving. Its used in non dairy recipes for an extra cheesey flavor.
