
Plant based nutty caesar dressing using a combination of cashew, hemp and pumpkin seeds! This recipe gets its delicious flavor from dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, garlic and capers. Soak the nuts for at least 1 hour ahead of time for the creamiest result. This salad dressing has become a staple in my house!

- Soak nuts and seeds in water for 1 hour ahead of time. Drain out the water before adding to blender.
- Add soaked/ drained nuts and seeds to blender with all of the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more fresh cracked pepper at the end. Keeps up to 5 days in the fridge.
Notes
You can use any combination of nuts/ seeds in this recipe to equal 1/2 cup total. Cashews will give the creamiest result.
Option to add 1/2 tsp liquid aminos for a more salty flavor.
