Vegan Creamy Chipotle Dressing
Equipment
- High powered blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked for atleast 30 mins, drained also can do 1/2 cashews 1/2 hemp seeds or 1/2 zucchini for low fat option
- 1 cup water
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 1 tbsp Tapatio hot sauce or Cholula hot sauce
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder or sub smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak raw cashews overnight or for atleast 30 mins before making dressing. Drain and rinse.
- 2. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
