1roasted red bell pepperyou can either roast it yourself or use about 1/2 jar of bell peppers
1can chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
1/4 cuptahini
2 pitted dates
2cloves garlic
1/2large lemon juiced
about 1/4 cup of reserved chickpea liquidor more to get desired thickness
salt to taste

1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to your taste, or omit for salt free option. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
