Ingredients
  

  • 1 roasted red bell pepper you can either roast it yourself or use about 1/2 jar of bell peppers
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 large lemon juiced
  • about 1/4 cup of reserved chickpea liquid or more to get desired thickness
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to your taste, or omit for salt free option. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
