1. Boil all the veggies water in a small pot until they are fork tender- about 10- 15 minutes. Set aside and let cool for a few minutes.
2. Add boiled veggies plus the rest of the ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend on high until smooth. Taste and adjust salt levels- I like it without the extra salt but you may want to add some to your taste preference.

Use as a dip with crackers/ chips or veggies or pour as a sauce on top of steamed veggies like broccoli or potato!
