Healthy Dairy Free Wendy's Frosty- Ninja Creami Recipe

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 8 walnut halves
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop protein powder chocolate or vanilla, depending which flavor you want to make
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 1/4 cup water or soy milk for extra creaminess
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder

Instructions
 

  • 1. Blend up all ingredients in a high powered blender til smooth.
  • 2. Transfer mixture to Ninja Creami pint cup. Freeze for at least 8 hours. Ninja Creami recommends 24 hours.
  • 3. To make frosty- take out pint from freezer and run sides under hot water for 1-2 minutes. Blend up the ice cream on the "lite ice cream" setting on Ninja Creami. After one cycle, remove lid and splash in 2 tbsp soy milk and scrape down the sides using a butter knife. Blend it up on "lite ice cream" 1 or 2 more times til desired texture is reached. Serve right away. Makes 2 servings.
