Method
- Blend add ingrdients in a high powered blender until smooth. Pour mixture in creami pint cup and freeze overnight- at least 8 hours
- To make ice cream- remove pint from freezer and run sides under hot water for 1 minute. Put the lid on and blend on "lite ice cream" mode. Remove lid, splash in coffee or milk, scrape down sides of pint cup with a spoon or butter knife and process again on "lite ice cream" mode. Repeat one more time if necessary.
- To make milkshake- scoop ice cream into a cup and splash in 2 more tbsp of coffee and mix. Add more coffee or milk to get desired milkshake thickness. enjoy right away.
