Coffee Creami Milkshake

Dairy free/ no added sugar coffee ice cream made in the Ninja Creami

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 3/4 cup soy or almond milk use whatever milk you like
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 8 walnut halves
  • 2 pitted medjool dates sub 2 tsp monkfruit powder for sugar free
  • pinch vanilla bean powder or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Blend add ingrdients in a high powered blender until smooth. Pour mixture in creami pint cup and freeze overnight- at least 8 hours
  2. To make ice cream- remove pint from freezer and run sides under hot water for 1 minute. Put the lid on and blend on "lite ice cream" mode. Remove lid, splash in coffee or milk, scrape down sides of pint cup with a spoon or butter knife and process again on "lite ice cream" mode. Repeat one more time if necessary.
  3. To make milkshake- scoop ice cream into a cup and splash in 2 more tbsp of coffee and mix. Add more coffee or milk to get desired milkshake thickness. enjoy right away.
